Women Lead the Way Towards Peace and Security in BiH (WPS)

Women Lead the Way Towards Peace and Security in BiH (WPS) is part of a broader initiative supported by the United Nations Secretary-General’s Peacebuilding Fund (PBF), a global instrument providing strategic support to countries in their peacebuilding efforts.

This project aims to advance the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda and empower women to be key agents of peace and social cohesion in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is jointly implemented by UN Women (lead agency), UNFPA, and IOM in BiH, in close partnership with the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
